This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18322) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ATF6B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ATF6B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcriptional factor that acts in the unfolded protein response (UPR) pathway by activating UPR target genes induced during ER stress. Binds DNA on the 5'-CCAC[GA]-3' half of the ER stress response element (ERSE) (5'-CCAATN(9)CCAC[GA]-3') when NF-Y is bound to ERSE. DPABH-18322 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application. DPABH-18322 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
