Intended Use

The Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) Plate Kit is an immunoassay for the detection of Vitamin B2 in food products and dietary supplements. This product is intended for research use only.

Contents of Kit

1. 1 Unit Plate containing 12 test strips of 8 wells each that are vacuum sealed in an aluminized pouch with a desiccant.
2. 4 × 2 mL Vials of Vitamin B2 Calibrators (0, 0.5, 5, and 50 ppb).
3. 1 × 8 mL Bottle of Vitamin B2 HRP Enzyme Conjugate.
4. 1 × 8 mL Bottle of Vitamin B2 Antibody.
5. 1 × 50 mL Bottle of 10X Wash Concentrate (dilute prior to use).
6. 1 × 14 mL Bottle of Substrate.
7. 1 × 14 mL Bottle of Stop Solution.

Storage

Store all kit components at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) when not in use.
