Creative Diagnostics' RNA Immunoprecipitation (RIP) Services are used to specifically and accurately identify native RNA–protein interactions genome-wide. Creative Diagnostics' RIP Services use high-quality antibodies and robustly validated immunoprecipitation protocols to ensure high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. Services are comprehensive and can be used to investigate post-transcriptional gene regulation, study RNA-binding proteins and their interactomes, and characterize functional RNA networks without crosslinking to ensure native physiology.

Creative Diagnostics provides RNA Immunoprecipitation (RIP) Services. The study of RNA–protein interactions is an important part of understanding post-transcriptional gene regulation. Creative Diagnostics has extensive experience in RNA biology, enabling us to provide custom RIP services to answer a range of research questions, including but not limited to the identification of RNA targets of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs), analysis of RNA regulatory networks and function, and the study of functional RNA–protein complexes. We have established a reliable platform of high-affinity antibody selection, robust native immunoprecipitation conditions, and sensitive RNA detection protocols, which are critical for generating consistent, high-quality, and reproducible data. We provide:
The need for a fast, efficient and accurate analysis of RNA–protein interactions is often encountered in the biological field. Our RIP Services includes native cell lysis and immunoprecipitation technologies to purify RNA–protein complexes under native conditions. This allows the reliable identification of RNA binding proteins (RBPs) and their targets. We have optimized sample preparation, high specificity antibody screening, stringent immunoprecipitation conditions, and sensitive downstream RNA detection, including RT-qPCR or sequencing to ensure the highest quality and resolution of data. This platform is ideal for studies in RNA metabolism, transcript stability and post-transcriptional regulation as well as RBP function in disease contexts. With stringent quality control and years of technical experience we ensure high specificity, reproducibility and consistency for each project. Our core services include:
Flexible experimental design based on research objectives and sample types Compatible with multiple species and sample types
Prepare cell or tissue samples.
Lyse cells and extract RNA-protein complexes.
Enrich target complexes using antibodies.
Purify RNA and prepare samples for sequencing.
Sequencing and data analysis are performed and data support is provided.
RIP captures RNA-protein binding in its native state without crosslinking, making it more suitable for studying steady-state binding. CLIP requires UV crosslinking, allowing for more precise localization of binding sites, but is more complex.
Yes! We use highly sensitive immunoprecipitation and RNA detection techniques to capture low-expressing proteins and their bound RNA.
Samples can be stored fresh or quickly frozen. We support both cell and tissue types, as long as the RNA quality is good.
A typical cell count is around 10^6, depending on the target protein abundance and antibody sensitivity. We can also help you optimize the protocol based on your needs.
