Application Notes
The product eliminates cells expressing human TROP-2. All other cells are left untouched. Do not use a reducing agent (such as dithiothreitol, beta-mercaptoethanol or ascorbic acid) with this material. It will inactivate the toxin. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Sacituzumab-SAP (Anti-Trop-2-SAP) is a tool for eliminating cells that express human trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2), targeted via the antibody Sacituzumab. Sacituzumab (Anti-TROP2) is a fully humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting TROP2, which is widely expressed in various tumors, where it exerts significant influence over critical processes such as tumor cell growth, apoptosis, migration, invasion and metastasis.
