The SEC-HPLC analysis shows the UV absorption peaks (280 nm) of intact IgG (grey curve) and cleaved F(ab')₂ fragments (blue curve). IgG has a main peak at about 7.5 minutes, and F(ab')₂ forms an independent peak at about 11 minutes, indicating that the antibody cleavage effect is good, the product is high in purity, and there are no obvious aggregates or degradation products.
