A: Formulation: Lyophilized from water (may contain trace TFA). Reconstitute at 1 mg/mL in water or a neutral buffer. Phosphorylation stability: Very stable. Handling: After reconstitution, store in single-use aliquots at -80 °C; avoid freeze/thaw cycles. ELISA use: Untested in colorimetric ELISA, but no special complications are expected.
