Q: Can you guys please let me know how these L-HBsAg are looks like? Does your proteins isolated from lysate? Are they Soluble single protein? Since what we understood was, HBsAg forming the complex particle with L, M, S HBsAg proteins, and their membrane from is looks like with some TM domains. Therefore, some of structure team member want to know some information of your protein, how they actually structured, if they are suitable for our work.

A: The present product, HBsAg, L-protein (L antigen) is a particulate antigen composed of L protein, and can be used as a tool to investigate the mechanism of HBV infection, ELISA and others.
Structure:Particle (L-protein inserted in lipid bilayer) with mean particle size of about 70 nm by dynamic light scattering method (about 20 nm by electronic microscope)
