The glass chip is designed for the controlled generation of monodisperse water-in-oil (W/O) droplets. With a vertical T-junction geometry, the chip allows precise regulation of droplet size by adjusting the flow rates of the continuous (oil) phase and dispersed (aqueous) phase, along with interfacial tension.
