Engineered heart tissue chips are drug-screening chips designed based on engineered heart tissue (EHT). This method involves embedding cardiac cells from different species, including rodents and humans, into a fibrin gel containing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to enhance elasticity. After a simple two-week casting and culture process, EHTs with three-dimensional structures and mechanical responsiveness can be generated. The chips are specifically tailored for 24-well plates. The PTFE holder is designed to support and position the PDMS engineered heart tissue chip for stable culture and handling in standard 24-well plates. Chamber Dimensions: length 13.5 mm, width 12 mm, height 3 mm.
