The glass chip is designed for the generation of monodisperse double emulsion droplets with a water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) structure. By independently controlling the flow rates of inner, middle, and outer phases, the chip enables precise formation of core-shell droplets with high uniformity and stability.
