General Notes
The Rabbit Anti-Human CCR8 monoclonal antibody, clone 4F5 (product code CABT-L1955W) is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody directed against human CCR8. CCR8 is a seven-transmembrane chemokine receptor that regulates chemokine-responsive migration and signaling in selected immune-cell populations and is studied in immune trafficking, inflammation, and tumor immunology.
Tested applications include Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA, with cited use in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. Recommended dilutions are 1:5,000–1:50,000 for WB and 1:400–1:1,600 for IHC; each laboratory should optimize conditions for its sample type and detection system.
CABT-L1955W is purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is available in 50 μL and 100 μL sizes, shipped on wet ice, and should be stored at −20°C; aliquoting is not required for storage at this temperature.
