Suitable for use in WB. WB 1:500-1:2,000. Optimal working dilutions should be determined empirically. A band was observed at approximately 130 kDa in NCI-H1299, HepG2, SH-SY5Y and C2C12 cell lysates; the predicted molecular weight is 105 kDa. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
