Intended Use

The Mouse Prorenin/Renin Total Antigen ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative determination of total prorenin and renin antigen in mouse plasma and serum.

Contents of Kit

1. Immunoassay plate: 1-96 well immulon plate (8 x 12 removable wells)*, blocked, and dried with prorenin capture antibody
2. 10X Wash Buffer: 1 bottle of 50 mL; bring to 1 x using DI water
3. Mouse prorenin antigen Standard: 1 vial of lyophilized Standard
4. Anti-mouse prorenin primary antibody: 1 vial of lyophilized biotin labeled polyclonal antibody
5. Avidin peroxidase secondary reagent: 1 vial of concentrated HRP labeled avidin
6. TMB substrate solution: 1 bottle of 10 mL solution

Storage

All kit components must be stored at 4°C. Store unopened plate and any unused microtiter strips in the pouch with desiccant. Reconstituted standards and primary may be stored at -70°C for later use..

Detection Range

The assay measures total mouse prorenin and renin in the 0.1-100ng/mL range.
