The Hi-Puri™ Mouse Anti-Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX Monoclonal antibody (clone M75, product code DMAB-CPDB012)is a monoclonal antibody specifically directed against Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX.
This product is validated for use in BL, IB, ITC, WB, ELISA, FC, IF, IHC. This antibody is specific for the sequence PGEEDLP, which is repeated several times between the 61st and 96th aa residues of human carbonic anhydrase IX's PG domain.
DMAB-CPDB012 is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. It is available in multiple sizes, including 100 μg, 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. For long-term storage, the product should be stored at −20°C and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. The product is shipped on dry ice. This product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
