Hi-Puri™ Human Anti-Human Lymphotoxin-α monoclonal antibody, clone 5LW6 (CABT-L2024W), recognizes folded human lymphotoxin-α, a TNF-family cytokine involved in lymphoid-organ development and inflammatory signaling.The deposited anti-LTα Fab directly recognizes the folded human LTα homotrimer. The antibody is suitable for ELISA, LTα binding, cytokine-trimer stabilization, X-ray crystallography, antibody–cytokine complex structural analysis, and binding-stoichiometry analysis. The optimal working titer should be determined for each application; other applications have not been tested.This affinity-purified IgG is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in PBS, in sizes of 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. It ships on dry ice. Store at 4°C for short-term use or aliquot and store at -20°C for long-term storage; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
