Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with s1-m1 purified vacuolating cytotoxin (VacA) from Helicobacter pylori strain . VacA is a secreted protein that induces vacuolation of epithelial cells. [53303] Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 cells. The antibody reacts with purified native s1-m1 VacA but not with denatured VacA. The antibody can be used for ELISA and immunoprecipitation applications.
