This product (Catalog No. DPATB-H83444) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB39A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RAB39A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Plays a role in the maturation and acidification of phagosomes that engulf pathogens, such as S.aureus and M.tuberculosis. Plays a role in vesicular trafficking. Plays a role in the fusion of phagosomes with lysosomes. Negatively regulates LPS-induced autophagosome formation in macrophages possibly by implicating PI3K. May be involved in multiple neurite formation (By similarity). DPATB-H83444 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPATB-H83444 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
