Cell Line Description
Rats were immunized with a secondary mixed lymphocyte culture (C57BL/6 mouse anti irradiated BN rat lymphoma). Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).

Incubate cells at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere, renew medium every 2-4 days, start cells at 1x10^5 cells/mL and maintain cultures between 5x10^4-5x10^5 cells/ml
