Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with synthetic polynucleotide homopolymers [poly(dA-dT)-poly(dA-dT) and poly(dI-dC)-poly(dI-dC)] then boosted with foreign native DNA (EcoR1 digested pBR322 DNA). Spleen cells were fused with FO myeloma cells.
