Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with the globular N-terminal domain of clathrin heavy chain. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody is useful for blotting of clathrin heavy chains from a variety of species. It does not react with native clathrin in immunofluorescence or immunoprecipitation assays.
