The ELISA curve shows that the developed phospho-Akt (Ser473) antibody has high binding activity to phosphorylated peptides (Phospho-peptide), but almost no binding to non-phospho-peptide (Non-phospho-peptide), and the OD450 signal is significantly lower than that of the phosphorylated peptide group, indicating that the antibody has excellent phosphorylation site specificity and high affinity.
