The recommended antibody dilution for labeling of cells and subsequent analysis by flow cytometry is 1:10

General Notes

Clone 30e6 recognizes the mouse NKG2A, NKG2C and NKG2E antigen on a subset of NK and NK-T cells in most mouse strains (e.g. AKR/J, BALB/c, C3H/He,C57BL/6, CBA/J, DBA/1, FVB/N, 129/Sv, NOD, SWR, and most DBA/2 substrains, but not DBA/2J).
The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:10. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative.
