General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT886) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against mouse Mouse TREM1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1 (TREM-1, also known as CD354) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, which is expressed on neutrophils and monocytes. TREM1 plays a role in the innate immune system. TREM1 amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses triggered by bacterial and fungal infections by stimulating release of pro-inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, as well as increased surface expression of cell activation markers. DMAB-CPT886 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT886 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
