Contents of Kit

1. Pre-coated Microplate, 1 plate. After opening, store in the provided ziplock bag with desiccant at 2-8°C. Stable for up to 4 weeks.
2. Phosphate Buffered Reagent (20× Wash Buffer), 50 ml, white bottle. Dilute to working wash solution before use. Store at room temperature for no more than 2 weeks.
3. Sample Diluent Reagent, 5 g, sealed pouch. Prepare with wash buffer before use. Store at 2-8°C for no more than 2 days after preparation.
4. Enzyme-labeled Secondary Antibody (HRP Conjugate), 150 μl, white-blue cryovial. Dilute 1:100 with wash buffer before use. Prepare immediately before use.
5. Positive Control, 1 ml, purple-blue cryovial. Ready-to-use. Do not dilute.
6. Negative Control, 1 ml, green-blue cryovial. Ready-to-use. Do not dilute.
7. Chromogen (HRP Substrate), 12 ml ,brown vial. Store at 2-8°C protected from light.
8. Stop Solution, 5 ml, white vial. Contains 1.25% Sodium Chloride. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Storage

Store the kit at 2-8°C. Different reagents may have different expiry dates. Do not mix components from different kit lots, especially microplates and secondary antibody.
