ELISA, Affinity purification Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
Recommended for applications requiring detection of fibril levels where discrimination from soluble liraglutide is needed. May be used for fibril detection in quality control and stability monitoring. For affinity purification applications, immobilization to solid supports (e.g., chromatographic resins, membranes) should be optimized empirically.
