What is ChIP Services?

Chromatin
ChIP is a technique used to study protein-DNA interactions as they exist in cells physiologically. It is possible to identify binding sites of transcription factors or histone modifications or other chromatin bound proteins at specific sites across the genome. The most common technical approach to ChIP involves cross-linking proteins to DNA, fragmenting chromatin, immunoprecipitating the protein of interest with an antibody and then analysis of co-precipitated DNA by qPCR, microarray or ChIP-seq to identify the DNA sequence bound by the protein of interest.

Our Services

We offer ChIP Services to suit your needs of a fast and reliable ChIP analysis of Protein-DNA interactions. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) has been widely used for studying the association between protein and genomic DNA. The cross-linking of chromatin, lysis, and immunoprecipitation technologies are used to effectively immunoprecipitate the binding site of the target protein of interest and avoid the problems of non-specific binding and sample complexity. The service includes optimized sample preparation, specific antibody screening, strict immunoprecipitation, and highly sensitive downstream detection for the best data quality and most in-depth analysis. This technology has been successfully applied in the localization of transcription factors, the research of epigenetic modifications, the analysis of gene regulatory networks and the mechanism of disease. Based on the complete quality control system and rich experience in technical support, we ensure the specificity, reproducibility and stability of each experiment result. Our core services include:

  • Optimize fixation and cross-linking of cells or tissues to ensure in situ stability of protein-DNA interactions
  • Adaptable to various sample types (cell lines, tissue explants, primary cells, etc.)
