Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) polyclonal antibody [CL-MMAE] is a secondary antibody-drug conjugates for pre-screening antibodies with a Rabbit IgG (H&L) moiety or recombinant Rabbit IgG (H&L) fusion proteins to determine their cytotoxicity as MMAE bioconjugates. When applied in combination with tumor specific monoclonal antibodies or recombinant Fc fusion proteins, it can help determine the cytotoxic potential for these antibodies or proteins against target cell lines.

SecADC™ Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) polyclonal antibody [CL-MMAE] can be used in cell-based cytotoxicity assays to pre-screening monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates against tumor cells. This product is anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) specific antibody conjugated to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) with a cleavable linker. The antibody portion is a polyclonal antibody which is specific to the Rabbit IgG (H&L). Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a cytotoxic small molecule which inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin. The cleavable linker connecting MMAE to the antibody is stable in extracellular fluid, but is cleaved by cathepsin in endosome once the conjugate has entered a cell via endocytosis.
