General Notes

SecADC™ Anti-Human IgG Fc (CH2-CH3) monoclonal antibody [MMAE] is based on rabbit monoclonal antibodies against IgG Fc (CH2-CH3) and conjugated to VC-PAB-MMAE molecules (average DAR=4). It can react with Human IgG1 Fc and Mouse IgG1\IgG2a\IgG2b Fc to perform qualitative and quantitative detection of endocytosis of candidate ADCs with high throughput.
