A DNA sequence encoding the N-terminal segment (Met 1-Arg 362) of the influenza hemagglutinin (B/Malaysia/2506/2004) (ACO05957.1), termed as HA1, was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Molecular Weight
The secreted recombinant HA1 subunit of influenza B HA (B/Malaysia/2506/2004) comprises 358 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 39 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70°CStore it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
