General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT766) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human SLC6A9. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC6A9, also named glycine transporter 1 (GlyT1), is a transporter protein of the SLC6 family of sodium- and chloride-dependent neurotransmitter transporters. GlyT1 is the main regulator of synaptic glycine concentrations, assisted by the neuronal GlyT2. The 55-60 kDa band is the partially glycosylated form of GlyT1. DMAB-CPT766 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-20 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT766 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
