General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1198) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RPSA. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The ribosomal protein SA (RPSA), previously named 67 kD laminin receptor(67LR), 37 kD laminin receptor precursor (37LRP) and p40 ribosome-associated protein, is a multifunctional protein, that plays a role in a number of pathological processes, such as cancer and prion diseases. It is overexpressed in various cancer cell lines, and the the level of the laminin receptor transcript is higher in colon carcinoma tissue and lung cancer cell line than their normal counterparts.
DMAB-CPT1198 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (1.56-100 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT1198 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
