One Rolinsatamab talirine has an average of 2 site-specific drug attachment engineered cysteines (S239C). The linker equips the valine-alanine dipeptide, as cathepsine B cleavage site. on an average of 2 site-specific drug attachment engineered cysteines (S239C).
