The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human PARP2 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341497C3, product code DMAB-CPT445) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human PARP2 (Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 2). PARP2 is a nuclear enzyme involved in DNA damage response, base excision repair, and maintenance of genomic stability through catalyzing poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation of target proteins. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human PARP2 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT445 (capture) with DMAB-CPT446 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.078–5 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of PARP2 in biological samples and optimized for high-performance sandwich immunoassay workflows requiring strong sensitivity and specificity.
DMAB-CPT445 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody.
