The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human PAK7 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341312E4, product code DMAB-CPT506) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human PAK7 (p21-Activated Kinase 7). PAK7 is a serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the PAK family that regulates cytoskeletal organization, intracellular signaling, cell survival, and neuronal development processes. It is implicated in signaling pathways associated with neuronal function and cellular dynamics. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human PAK7 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT505 (capture) with DMAB-CPT506 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of PAK7 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT506 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody.
