General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1221) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human P2RY14. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR105, also known as the P2Y14 receptor, is a Gi-coupled receptor for UDP-glucose and related sugar nucleotides that plays a key role in innate immunity, inflammation, and metabolic regulation. It is widely expressed in immune cells and brain microglia, with studies showing its deletion protects against diet-induced insulin resistance and modulates macrophage infiltration. DMAB-CPT1221 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (6.25-100 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1221 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
