Species Reactivity
Human, Mouse
Immunogen
A peptide corresponding to amino acids 384–408 of the human MLH1 protein
Applications
General Notes
282B exhibits high specificity, sensitivity, and strong binding affinity for human MLH1 protein in cells and tissues. It reliably detects and localizes the target protein in immunodetection assays, including immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. In addition to human MLH1, this antibody cross-reacts with the homologous mouse MLH1 protein, supporting its application in both human and mouse studies.
