General Notes
The SU.86.86 pancreatic cancer Xenograft model was sensitive to hu9B12 v12 ADC (MC-vc-PAB-MMAE) at 1 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg. The HCC1569X2 breast cancer Xenograft model was sensitive to hu9B12 v12 ADC (MC-vc-PAB-MMAE) at 2 mg/kg and 4 mg/kg.
