The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human IL1R1 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 353356B0, product code DMAB-CPT473) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human IL1R1 (Interleukin-1 Receptor Type 1). IL1R1 is a key membrane receptor that mediates the biological effects of interleukin-1 cytokines, playing a central role in inflammatory signaling, immune activation, and host defense responses through downstream NF-κB and MAPK pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human IL1R1 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) and sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT473 (capture) with DMAB-CPT474 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection. It is suitable for quantitative detection of IL1R1 in biological samples and optimized for robust immunoassay workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT473 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
