The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human IFNAR1 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341650F21, product code DMAB-CPT519) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human IFNAR1 (Interferon Alpha and Beta Receptor Subunit 1). IFNAR1 is a key component of the type I interferon receptor complex and plays a central role in antiviral defense, innate immune signaling, and regulation of interferon-stimulated gene expression through the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human IFNAR1 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) and sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT519 (capture) with DMAB-CPT520 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection. It is suitable for quantitative detection of IFNAR1 in biological samples and optimized for robust immunoassay workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT519 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
