This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1351W) is a humanized-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human GP73. GOLM1, also known as Golgi membrane protein 1, GP73, or GOLPH2, is a protein encoded by the GOLM1 gene in humans. It functions as a single-pass type II transmembrane protein primarily localized to the Golgi apparatus, including the trans-Golgi network, where it assists in the processing and transport of proteins synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum. GOLM1 is widely expressed across various tissues, with particularly high levels observed in the colon, prostate, trachea, and stomach, and lower expression in testis, muscle, lymphoid tissues, and white blood cells. The protein's expression is upregulated in response to viral infections, contributing to its roles in normal cellular homeostasis and disease pathology.
CABT-L1351W is suitable for use in LFIA(Cap), CLIA(Cap) applications.
CABT-L1351W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
