The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human FANCM Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341344E21, product code DMAB-CPT470) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human FANCM (Fanconi Anemia Complementation Group M Protein). FANCM is an essential component of the Fanconi anemia DNA repair pathway, playing a central role in genome stability by recognizing stalled replication forks and coordinating DNA damage response and repair processes. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human FANCM and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT469 (capture) with DMAB-CPT470 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of FANCM in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT470 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
