General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT850) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human CTNND2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CTNND2 (Catenin Delta-2) encodes delta-catenin, a neuron-specific protein crucial for neural development, cell adhesion, and synaptic plasticity. Located on chromosome 5p15.2, mutations or deletions in CTNND2 are linked to neurodevelopmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), severe intellectual disability in Cri-du-chat syndrome, and schizophrenia. DMAB-CPT850 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.078-2.5 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT850 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
