General Description

Brain natriuretic peptide, also known as B-type natriuretic peptide, brain natriuretic peptide, is another member of the natriuretic peptide system after the heart natriuretic peptide, which mainly comes from the ventricle. BNP has important pathophysiological significance, it can promote sodium excretion, urination, has a strong vasodilation effect, can counter the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system vasoconstriction effect, like ANP is a major endocrine system to resist volume overload and hypertension. Cardiac dysfunction can greatly activate the natriuretic peptide system, and increased ventricular load leads to BNP release.

Standard Curve

This product has been tested by Quality Control Department and meets performance specifications mentioned in the manual. (The humidity in the laboratory is 20%-60%, and the temperature is 18°C -25°C. TMB was balanced to 37°C before color development, and incubated at 37°C for 15 minutes in the dark after adding the enzyme label plate holes.)
