WB 1:5,000-1:20,000; ELISA 1:5,000-1:20,000; ICC/IF 1:200-1:1000; Flow Cyt 1μg for 10^6 cells Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Anti-His tag, HiResNb™ VHH-Rabbit Fc Antibody(AF647) is based on monoclonal, recombinant, rabbit Fc fused Fab of alpaca IgG1 to His tag coupled to AF647, and Anti-His tag, HiResNb™ VHH-Rabbit Fc Antibody(AF647) detects the His tag selectively, no reactivity with other proteins.
