Creative Diagnostics tested the reactivity of the humanized Os9TB6 IgA1 monoclonal antibody produced by Creative Diagnostics to 100 ng IAV by ELISA. The ELISA test results showed that in the wells coated with 100 ng IAV antigen, Os9TB6 IgA1 produced significant absorbance at a wavelength of 405 nm, indicating that the antibody has strong binding activity with IAV antigen.
