Immunogen
Human factor XIII
Applications
Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, WB
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
Plasma factor XIII is a tetrameric molecule composed of two A subunits(83kDa) and two B subunits (80kDa). Thrombin cleaves a peptide bond within the A chain to form
activated factor XIII. Factor XIIIa is the final component of the blood clotting cascade and is responsible for cross-linking fibrin.
This clone binds human factor XIII B-subunits in solid-phase ELISA and western blot applications
