Antigen Description
Carbadox is an antibacterial agent used in swine, which can promote growth of pigs. It also as a effective control of swine dysentery (vibrionic dysentery, bloody scours, or hemorrhagic dysentery) as well as bacterial swine enteritis (salmonellosis or necrotic enteritis caused by Salmonella enterica). Besides, it aid in the prevention of migration and establishment of large roundworm (Ascaris suum) infections and establishment of nodular worm (Oesophagostomum) infectionsand. But it has been banned in Canada, Australia, and the European Union.
