We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a bridging ELISA: CABT-ZB1148 - CABT-ZB1146 CABT-ZB1146 is recommended for use as a detection antibody when paired with CABT-ZB1148. Abatacept (Orencia) is a recombinant fusion protein that combines the cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) with the Fc region of human IgG. It is approved for treating rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. The drug works by inhibiting T cell activation and proliferation by blocking the co-stimulatory signals necessary for T cell activation.
