General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL3937) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ZNF579, targeting the amino acid region 481–562 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ZNF579 from rat, mouse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. Involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in nucleus. CABT-BL3937 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. CABT-BL3937 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.02% Proclin300, 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH7.4. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
