General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-BL5945) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UEVLD. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UEVLD from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UEVLD (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant and lactate/malate dehydrogenase domain-containing protein), also known as UEV3, is a human protein-coding gene located on chromosome 11. It functions as a potential negative regulator of polyubiquitination. It is a homolog of the tumor susceptibility gene 101 (Tsg101).
CABT-BL5945 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications.
CABT-BL5945 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
